Directions 
Dose: Take 2 capsules daily with food for 3 months to achieve best results.
Using Replenish Packs
1. Take note of the batch and expiry details of the Replenish Pack by way of taking a photo, or if refilling your Apotecari biophotonic glass bottle, cutting out the panel from your Replenish Pack and placing it in, or affixing it to, the bottle. 2. Ensure your biophotonic glass bottle has been emptied, thoroughly cleaned with hot water and detergent (or put through the dishwasher) and dried prior to refilling with Replenish Pack contents.
 
Storage: Store below 25°C.

Adults only. Not recommended for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. The recommended duration of use must be limited to three months. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken. Contains soya bean products.
