The longevity of your colour results is dependent on how you treat your hair following your colour service. Hair CoLAB Salon cannot guarantee lasting results if you use unsuitable hair products or swim regularly.

All technical service prices are base rates and are subject to change according to hair thickness, length and technical difficulty. Our pricing is a reflection of our commitment to continual training, education and expertise. Please ask your stylist for final quotes during consultation, if required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We now require a deposit of $50 for all technical bookings.

If you’re unable to come to your appointment we ask that you reschedule or cancel no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If you cancel no later than 48 hours prior, we’ll refund your deposit. If you reschedule, the deposit will be put against your next appointment.

Unfortunately, if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, we’re unable to refund your deposit. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency the cancellation fee may be waived.
